Power Flow

An energetic vinyasa yoga class that incorporates discipline, empowerment, and growth. Class ends with a deep rest (savasana) and cool lavender towel.
Vinyasa

Connect movement with breath and flow through a creative sequence that incorporates strengthening and stretching with fluid transitions. End with a blissful savasana and cool lavender towel.
Vin to Yin

Class starts with a vinyasa flow, moving just enough to get out of our heads and into the body. Then we move into a yin/restorative practice using props to support us as we hold poses 1-5 minutes.
Yin

While most yoga practices will stretch and strengthen the muscles, yin yoga is going to bring the stretch into deeper connective tissue. Stimulating deeper tissue is meant to cause energetic benefits through-out the body and can help to improve tissue elasticity along with joint mobility.
